I would like your feedback on the RenFair prep thus far. This is the first one, so it is somewhat made up as we go along. Will it/should it be the First Annual or Last Ever? We won't make a final determination until afterward, but what has worked well and what would you change thus far? Any ideas for between now and 4/23?
