I expect each of you to be actively engaged during the trial. That means no other work out, and focusing on taking notes on the following:
1 - Two strengths of each witness' testimony
2 - One weakness of the testimony
3 - Suggestion for summation based on the witness testimony
REMEMBER - While you may refer to notes during your testimony or questioning, over-reliance will lead to a reduced grade. You should be very familiar with your character and testimony.
